Good-faith reports
A concern should be raised honestly and include the relevant facts available to the person reporting. A report does not need to be proven correct to receive appropriate consideration.
No retaliation
Retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith or participates in a related review is not acceptable. Knowingly false or malicious reports are not protected.
Review and confidentiality
Reports are reviewed promptly and fairly under AILDD’s adopted policy. Information is kept confidential to the extent reasonably practicable while allowing an appropriate review and compliance with law.
How to report
For a copy of the adopted policy or its current confidential reporting instructions, contact info@aildd.org and ask that your communication be handled confidentially. If this overview differs from the adopted policy, the adopted policy controls.
